Fairview Center is one of Lynchburg’s most popular centers, well known for its vibrant programming and facilities. Serving all ages of the Central Virginia community, this center provides ongoing programs and many special class offered each season.

Fairview Center was built on the land formally used for the Mountain View School, and has had numerous renovations including building additions for ceramics and arts, as well as an outdoor archery range.

Fairview Center also offers many recreational programs, including an after-school program for youth ages 6–17, a summer camp program, ceramics and arts programs, and programs for seniors. Stop by Fairview Center to pick up a monthly calendar or view our Programs and Activities page to see what’s coming up.

The recommended event capacity for Fairview Center 75 persons, and is available for rental opportunities. Parking for this center is limited to 20 spaces spread through the front and rear parking lots.
